MENINGIOMA BRAIN TUMOR

Meningioma brain tumor.

Meningioma brain tumor or brain meningioma is the most common form of benign tumor of the brain.

 

The incidence of meningioma brain tumor in women is twice that found in men and this specific brain meningioma tumor comprises 20% of the tumors found in the brain. A meningioma brain tumor may be located anywhere in the central nervous system and develops in the membranes (meninges) surrounding the brain and the spinal cord.
